Was requested by the owners and the interior designers to 3d model the blueprints for the new hotel that was going to be built in Brownsville, Texas. Followed instructions on furniture, colors, materials, etc.

La Copa Inn New Interior
Tasked with taking the architectural plans for the hospitality corridors and building a 3D visualization of the proposed new flooring and wall tiles. The primary commercial goal was providing complete visual certainty before the actual renovation work commenced, ensuring material harmony and precise lighting. The resulting real-world execution mirrors the digital planning with stunning accuracy.
Lobby Redesign Sapphire Condominiums
Tasked with taking the 2D blueprints and building a 3D spatial representation of the renovated lobby. The core objective was to ensure the new sliding door mechanisms integrated seamlessly with the existing interior space on South Padre Island. Used rhinoceros 3d and Twinmotion.
Atol Condominiums
For this project, my role was to transform architectural blueprints into a detailed 3D representation of a condominium complex. Using the provided plans, I created an accurate digital model, ensuring every structural and design element was faithfully represented. This 3D visualization allowed stakeholders to better understand the final look of the development before construction began. Additionally, the renderings were used in real estate listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and investors by providing a realistic preview of the property.

Óptima is a project created in collaboration with the Steelcase company's educational commitment team, whose purpose is to propose an innovative solution that enriches the experiences of students and teachers in public schools in our country. This consists of 3 products: A chair, a piece of furniture to store tools and a table; in addition to the design of a logistics system for the organization of these.
